Step 1: Using the Proof Cream Eye Liner Palette, make short dashes of the Midnight Green shade along the upper lashline using Arced Liner Brush #21. Smudge and blend the liner along lashline using Definer Brush #15, buffing up onto the lid and concentrating color in the outer corners.
Step 2: Using Crease Brush #10, wash Eye Shadow in Safari over the liner, starting at the outer corner and moving in.
Step 3: Make small dashes of Cream Eye Liner in Midnight Green along the lower lashline using Arced Liner Brush #21. Using Double-Ended Smudger Brush #20, smudge the liner into the lashline. Be sure to leave the inner area bare to make eyes look bigger.
Step 4: Using Definer Brush #15, blend Eye Shadow in Safari in the lower outer corners.
Step 5: Wash a golden shadow (try Honey) in the inner corners of eyes using Crease Brush #10.
Step 6: Apply Cream Eye Liner in Midnight Green to the lower inner rim using Double-Ended Smudger Brush #20.
Step 7: Load up lashes with Bionic Mascara, sweeping up and out. Apply mascara to lower lashes at the outer corners only.
Step 8: Really amp up this look by packing Eye Shadow in Serpent on lids using Crease Brush #10, then blending in outer corners using Definer Brush #15.
Step 9: Be sure to match bold eyes with a softer cheek. Lightly dust on Blush Rush in Flush using Blush Brush #16.
Step 10: Complete your look with a gorgeous pink gloss (try Lip Enhancing Gloss in Pout).
